Description: Base Flood Elevations (BFE), published by FEMA, are rounded whole-foot elevations referenced in the NGVD29 vertical datum. These BFEs are intented for flood insurance rating purposes only. The NGVD29 elevations have been approximately converted to NAVD88 values for labeling and comparison with other elevation sources that are referenced in NAVD88.
Description: Polygons depict time of travel estimates for active public drinking water supplies. Source location data were obtained from the Washington State Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water.

Description: These data contain polygons defining the extent and characteristics of mapped landslides in the State of Washington. This dataset is a compilation of pre-existing landslide databases from several sources, including the Washington Divisions of Geology and Earth Resources and Forest Practices, and other federal and private compilers. As such, the mapped landslides were originally created to meet a variety of purposes. It also includes more recent landslides mapped by the Washington Division of Geology and Earth Resources. This compilation does not include all landslides that may exist in Washington State.
Description: These data contain all of the landslide and mass-wasting features from the 1:24,000-scale geologic units polygon feature class. For more information the complete 1:24,000-scale source data can be downloaded at: http://www.dnr.wa.gov/Publications/ger_portal_surface_geology_24k.zip
Description: These data contain all of the landslide and mass wasting features from the 1:100,000-scale geologic units polygon feature class. For more information the complete 1:100,000 source data can be downloaded at: http://www.dnr.wa.gov/Publications/ger_portal_surface_geology_100k.zip
Description: This feature class dataset contains a compilation of simplified volcano hazard areas by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) for the five stratovolcanoes in Washington State. These polygon data identifiy volcano hazards zonation and hazard types resulting from different volcano phenomena (alteration, blast, debris avalanche, lahar, surges, and regional lava flows).
